The tree ferns are the ferns that grow with a trunk elevating the fronds above ground level. Most tree ferns are members of the "core tree ferns", belonging to the families Dicksoniaceae, Metaxyaceae, and Cibotiaceae in the order Cyatheales.
Due to their unusual structure, tree ferns need special care. Since the visible part of the trunk is made of roots, you should water the trunk as well as the soil. Keep the trunk moist, especially during hot weather. Fertilize tree ferns for the first time one year after planting.
PLANT CARE:
Light: Filtered bright- indirect light. Direct sunlight will scorch the leaves.
• Water: Water when the top 1" of soil feels dry.
Humidity : Requires abundant humidity so mist the plant regularly. Provide as much humidity as possible and carefully monitor the soil to ensure plants stay consistently moist. You can set the plants on pebble trays filled with water, so long as the pot does not sit in standing water. You can also mist the plants with room-temperature tap water twice a day.

DO'S AND DONT'S AFTER RECEIVING THE PLANT:
