Custom Order Shipping, Return and Exchange Policy

We'll only ship you a custom item (plant or otherwise) if we believe it will arrive to you safely, and have an extremely high success rate.

That said, all plants respond differently to the stress of shipping, and due to the nature of custom orders, we're unable to evaluate how a plant will respond to shipping before sending.

All sales containing custom ordered plants are final, and no refunds, exchanges or returns will be given for these items. By making a custom order request, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risk in shipping plants.

In the rare case of damage, all shipments are insured up to $100. We encourage you to file a claim with USPS at your earliest convenience to receive compensation. This is a simple process that only take a few minutes.
